If the 65 percentile is 65.1 and 59 percentile is 63.8, then, how many numbers are above 65.1?

Hint: the answer is above 460 and I have no clue how that is.

I don't see how you answer this without seeing the entire distribution. I could easily meet this with just 100 total points.
