Is there a customizable online radio such as Pandora or Spotify (which are not available where I live btw) that gives you the option of playing a completely random track blindly selected from its music collection? I'm looking for ways to discover new music, you see.

frankly I thought Pandora is available anywhere.

Actually Pandora is available in Australia as of last year (after a 6 year hiatus). Wikipedia says it's also available in New Zealand.
The benefits of the ANZUS treaty? Except you can't listen to nuclear powered songs in NZ.
