What the IRS want to know

I just finished filling out a Form990EZ for a charity. I filled out a more extensive Form990 last year because they received a large bequest, but this year, we could go with the Form990EZ.

The form asks: "Did the organization receive any payments for indoor tanning facilities during the year? If so, form 990 must be completed instead of form990. "

Now - why in god's name would they want to know if a charity has or has received funds from the TANNING facility? The form 990 even asks what bulbs are used.

Any ideas??
