Ugh on that one, so
not Sacramento - although I haven't been there in about seven years. I'm going to check more on that building, pros and cons by whomever. Sacramento isn't naturally brutalist, re building.
My family lived there in the early 1900's, and I hung around there sometimes in the early 2000's.
I've some pals who live there and own batches of properties , husband and wif , both very opinionated. Will report, if interesting.
