Tips To Use OneNote for Recording

Hello Community,

Microsoft Office 2010 contains OneNote, a program that allows you to organize information in notebooks, pages and tabs. In addition to adding text and photos, use OneNote for recording audio and video entries in your notebooks. Whether you need to dictate your own notes or make a record of notes from a meeting or class, Microsoft OneNote works with your computer's camera or microphone.

1. Open Microsoft OneNote 2010. Open the notebook where you'll be recording.
2. Click the "Insert" tab and find the Recording group.
3. Click "Record Audio" or "Record Video." OneNote begins recording automatically and inserts an icon for audio or video recording in your notebook.
4. Click "Recording" beneath the "Audio & Video" tab in the Ribbon to reveal the recording controls.
5. Press the blue "Stop" button when you're finished recording.

Best Regards,
