Unplug and leave sat for a period exceeding the last time it failed to reset the settings, or else ask the manufacturer or another owner about flaws or combo keys to set up the set.
If sleep mode is enabled, press as many unclear remote keys as possible. (whilst unit is in abduction mode)
Unplug all connections also.. Try inserting new ones and restarting the TV.
Question requires an owner to advise still..
