Janis Joplin and Threadgill's in Austin

My wife and I visited Austin recently to spend time with our son. One day, he took us to Threadgill's for lunch, and the musicians there were wayyyy above average, and the singer somewhat mirrored the voice of Ella. With this intro into Threadgill's, I looked into its history, and found some interesting info on Kenneth Threadgill and Janis Joplin. For you music fans, here's my offer.
