I have never read a Jack Reacher novel. Which one is good to start with?

@gollum,
I've read a couple of them, but I buy my books used, so not in an organized fashion. If I would be buying new, I'd start at the beginning one.

Jack Reacher, in order, here:

Heh, forget him, I'm into Jo Nesbo myself.

@gollum,
Now that I posted that, I'm not sure that the list is clear re what book was first in print. Sorry for the confusion.
I bet his website or the wikipedia link on him will have the books listed in written order.

@gollum,
I dunno, gollum. Reacher is such an improbable character, I have trouble getting into the story.

@gollum,
It's a readable series. I wouldn't worry too much about reading order. Each book can stand alone.

Would recommend giving Michael Connelly a try. His Harry Bosch books are well written. Void Moon and Angel Flight were two I liked very much.
