as x...>0, cos ax...> 1 and x^2.....>o
so it looks like
1-1/o =
1-infinity =
-infinity
but you could do with someone like makr to confirm.

@fresco,
That's correct. However, if the expression should have been (cos(3x)-cos(7x))/x^2, then you need to apply L'Hôpital's rule a couple of times.
