Trying to identify painting of Brooklyn Heights Penny Bridge

Hello. My grandmother has a painting, as shown in the link (second link is signature but I can't read it), of the Penny Bridge in Brooklyn Heights. The painting has been in the family she says since at least the 30s and a google search for "penny bridge paintings" and/or "penny bridge painting brooklyn heights" doesn't yield the artist. It does a similar painting by artist Isabel Lydia Whitney, but none that matches this painting. Any help in the right direction would be much appreciated! Thanks, this is my first post so apologies if this isn't protocol in some way.

@danfresh36,
its actually a print. Looks like an intaglio (etching, engraving etc).
I jacked it up to an extra large size and I still couldnt read the signature on the bottom-right outside of the print block
