is there any requirement for captcha solving? as one of my friend is working on it as an online job, he has stuck in a problem that every ISP other than a particular one doesnot support the software. Is it the problem of ISP or something else?

The only requirement I know of is to be an ignorant or shitty human being by helping hackers, scammers and spammers by solving captchas for them.
I hope ISPs block the shitty captcha-solving operations when they can.
