Anybody has some more advice on Chinglish?

My foreigner teacher Mary, a white Irish lady told us that the following Chinglish to avoid:
1"With the development... " (this is a Chinese creation)
2"Every coin has two sides"
3Saying "That's all" as you finish a speech (she said we just step off the stage)
And I wonder if there are more to get informed by as to avoid them, better if foreigners can give some
