Hello, we have a local cultural acitivity, but I don't know how to place the names of the regions in the activity title. The region is called Rugao, which is in Jiangsu province, then should I place them "Rugao •Jiangsu" or "Jiangsu • Rugao"?

I can't help with Chinese sequence, but in the USA it would be;
City (smallest area)
State (largest)
In your case, following the US convention, it would be Rugao, Jiangsu Provence. This is only a guess, so maybe you should add a tag on the order of "Chinese Addresses" or something like that.
