I do not know this person but she posts professional to a large list I subscribe to and I always think what a cool name - it's like something from Merry Melodies.

A guy I new in the naval reserve swears there was an able seaman Quentin Cumberpatch.

At roll call people would crack when 'Cucumberpatch' was yelled out.

He also swore a guy changed his name to John Sir - so that officers would have to call him Sir.

@hingehead,
My mother always said she went to school with a girl called Maida Pickup which my father would try to top with a classmate called Dryden Heeps.

Gem Stone-Logan

Have often wondered if she was born Gem Stone and hyphenated after marriage 0r if she was born Gem Logan, married Mr Stone and couldn't stand the idea of being Gemstone -so opted for hyphenation.

@hingehead,
I went to church with a guy really named Michael Hunt. He was very insistant that no one called him Mike. I don't know what his parents were thinking, and I don't know why he didn't just use another name.

@maxdancona,
I think recently returned A2Ker MrHunt is a Mike. I suspect I first heard that in Porkies.

Remember actor Helen Hunt? I think that would be a great name for a lost property officer. Lose something? Go to Helen Hunt for it.

Back to Rong Li - can you imagine the boss saying 'Did write this report Rong Li?' 'No sir, I did it properly!'
