In case of male if one is having a problem to sit and urinate due the dress code or the facility in the place of work as a muslim is he allowed to stand and urinate and will his wudhu be intact

I've been standing to urinate almost exclusively, and I assure you my wudhu is just fine.

I have to sit down to urinate. My doctor told me not to lift anything heavy.
