Occasionally I get that "busy" message with Hotmail, but if I try to log in again right away, I've always gotten in.
You might try writing them from one of your other email addresses at
[email protected]. I did that way back when at a time I was having problems and it helped me figure out what was happening, although I don't remember now what it was.
