Do all animals have blood groups?

yes, they are different antigen bases than those of human/simians though. Several animal groups like equius and boss have from 7 to 10 different antigen groupings.
Agglutination is not always a result from cross transfusion in animals (and sometimes ot is)

Blood groups and clotting factors get even more interesting in the lower vertebrates and arthropods.
