How do you go about finding a killer for hire?

I am curious as to where these people converse in the online world. My interest is purely academic. Is there someone who can take me on a tour of the underbelly of the online world? Please post here or email me at [email protected] . My thanks in advance.

is your google broken?

and besides, you shouldn't hire a person who convenes on the web as a killer; as he is obviously prone to oversights, he'll probably just screw it up

I'm reminded of the joker who, about twelve years ago, posted a query at a discussion board about where to find instructions for building a suitcase nuke.

Why not eliminate the middle man? Remember, if you want something done right, do it yourself.

@Amadeo,
soldier of fortune magazine, but the hard part is figuring out which ads are real, and which are cops trying to find folks that want to find a hired killer...

good luck.

@Rockhead,
Anyhow, there are lots more people ready to take your advance payment, than will really do the job. What to do then? Call the police? The Better Business Bureau? What do you do when they come back and demand more money due to complications? Remember, you are dealing with people you have become convinced are hired killers.

SOF can be surprisingly good source for certain types of news, but the advertisements, well. . . .

@Amadeo,
We use Orkin. They visit the house every two months and do a great job.

I found them on the internet and hired them right from their website.

@Amadeo,
You hang out in seedy bars and talk about how much you hate your intended victim and wish they were dead. After a while someone will ask you if you seriously want the person dead. It will proceed from there, and all the way to jail if the person is a plant.

@Amadeo,
I actually personally know of someone who hired a hit man to kill her father.
True story: someone I actually worked with.
She hired the killer when her father (apparently not a nice man at all!) did some nasty, vindictive things with his will.
However the "hit man" turned out to be an undercover policeman.
And she's ended up locked up behind bars for years & years.
Couldn't believe it! Very nice, quiet young woman in her late 20s.

But this is no help to you, is it?
Maybe a lesson in how not to do it?

@Finn dAbuzz,
I didn't read your comment before posting, Finn.
Too true!
In the situation I mentioned, anyway.
But I doubt this young woman was hanging around in bars looking for her hit man .... not the type for that sort of thing at all.

@msolga,
How do you find a hit man if not at a bar? Is there a hit man union hall that one can go to, or something?

Actually, there's an Internet service - a Match.com for hitmen (or women) and their prospective employers.

The Better Business Bureau?
If u sue on the contract,
its not likely that the court 'd grant Specific Performace thereof.
Of course, we must allow for differences among the jurisdictions.

Contact someone doing time in your nearest pen - he probably knows someone who knows someone on the outside willing to help. Might even take Mastercard, times being a bit tight these days

@msolga,
I just meant that it's an idea. I doubt there is such a 'site.

@Amadeo,
The underworld stays clear of the online world.
Contact exmilitary who may have contacts, and lots of dough to get them talking as well as keep your conversation private.
If you're looking for an interview/ introduction, you'll never get one.
That's all I'm saying.
