Please recomend a stats book for social sciences

Hello all!
I am looking for a recommendation on a book or two that will help me learn stats from a social science perspective.

I am in college, transferring to the University of Oregon in Sept. I have taken 2 stats classes already and received an A in both classes, however, I do NOT feel confident in my knowledge of stats!

Come fall I have to take stats 302 and am feeling a bit (a lot!) intimidated! I have looked for a 'stats for dummies' type book, but there are MANY out there!
