US privacy policy certification

I'm researching the various certification/seal programs for US domestic web privacy policy. One of the vendors I came across is TRUSTe. They have a certification program for EU Safe Harbor Certification. It helps keep US companies' privacy policy compliant with the EU privacy directives, meets EU's "adequacy" standard in personal data privacy protection. TRUSTe doesn't seem to have an option to offer anything for just US certification. I wonder if there's a way to do just a US domestic web privacy policy certification since we don't do business in Europe. If there were, who offers that service? Any help is much appreciated.
