For anyone who isn't familiar with the case:
Aaron Swartz went to MIT, plugged in his laptop, and downloaded a bunch of articles from a service known as JSTOR.
JSTOR permits unlimited downloads from the MIT network.
JSTOR asked the prosecutor to drop the case.
MIT and the prosecutor refused, even though most folks who have reviewed the case are left scratching their heads over what the actual crime was.
