Red Robin's bacon aioli

I recently visited Red Robin and tried on of their burgers with the bacon aioli on it. I also got a little bit extra to dip my Fries in. It was AMAZING!! I would love to make some of their aioli at home. Is there anyone who either has the same recipe or something similar they would be willing to share with me?

Thanks

@stussycat77,
I just got back from Red Robin myself and discovered this. It is amazing! Here is the best recipe I could find to recreate it. Smile

6 strips Bacon, thick cut, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
1 Egg Yolk
1⁄4 cup Sherry Vinegar
1 cup Oil, blended - half canola, half olive oil
1 teaspoon Honey
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Coarse Salt

Step 1 Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add bacon; cook until crisp, 7-10 minutes. Transfer bacon to paper towel lined plate. Pour off some of the fat.
Step 2 Put yolk, vinegar, mustard and honey in a blender. Pulse several times to combine. Drizzle in the oil with blender running until all has been incorporated and a thick emulsion forms.
Step 3 Crumble the bacon; reserve some for garnish. Add remaining bacon to blender; blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
