A physician instructs you to do flu vaccine to your patient. Describe assembling all the necessary equipment, what patient information you need, consent, and perform the injection, describe where, and how to document. Within ten minutes following the injection, the patient starts coughing, increased respiratory rate and is flushed. What are your next actions? How do you handle this? What are the possible causes?

I would say she just had a bad reaction during the introduction to the vaccine in her system, Is the patient fine now?
