I don´t know how notions of nasculinity and femininity should be described as I find Peter Pan stands for eternal boy
Puer aeternus is Latin for eternal boy, used in mythology to designate a child-god who is forever young; psychologically it refers to an older man whose emotional life has remained at an adolescent level.

I never considered peter pan to be a story involving masculinity or femininity. I always considered it to be a story about losing the innocence of childhood and forgetting how to just enjoy your life. I never saw sexuality playing any role in the narrative.
