Trends in Terrorism

Discuss trends in terrorism over the past 2 decades. Be sure to include a discussion of the ideological, organizational, geographical, tactical, technological and organizational crime shifts. How have these shifts directed our responses?

Please help me on this.

@Bimoljit,
I 'd mention the fall of communism (Christmas Eve of 1991)
and its replacement by a new terrorism of the Moslems (9/11, etc.)

The geografy is formerly Eastern Europe and Russia.
Now coming from Iran, etc.
