Can someone help me figure out these questions on my homework?? how do I work them out??

4. Determine whether the following is a probability distribution. If not, identify the requirement that is not met.
X 0 1 2 3 4 5
P(x) 0.243 0.167 0.213 0.149 0.232 0.164

5. The Police Department reports that the probabilities that 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 car thefts will be reported in any given day are 0.091, 0.218, 0.261, 0.209 and 0.125, respectively. Determine if this is a probability distribution. If not, identify the requirement that is not satisfied.

For it to be a probability distribution, what must the sum of the probabilities be?
