all the above deviant perverse aberrations is a large part of the reason good pizza could not be found.

all of you are sick sick sick.

I don't think anyone's claiming that such pizzas are better... but for people who are allergic, it's nice to have options.

I know a guy who is allergic to wheat. Not just gluten - anything that has any hint of wheat in it. I can't imagine.

The problem with ordering a dairy free pizza from a pizza joint is that there is cheese EVERYWHERE in the fricking place. On the cutting boards, on people's hands, floating(it seems) in the air.
So, even if they are careful, you're likely to get a bellyache anyway.

An aside - on real mozzarella, that's made from water buffalo milk (aka mozzarella de bufula) in the countryside near Naples, and I think some guy in Chino, CA does it too.

But looking mozzarella up online, people make similar from organic goat milk (seems easy enough) and I think maybe also ewe's milk, besides organic cow milk.

(They also have how to make chevre)

Did Mangia close?

There are still a few pizza places called Mangia, but they're not exactly the same.

Apparently the partners had a falling out and the split up the stores among themselves.

So they're named the same, but have different menus. Coupons will work at one but not others. Very weird and off-putting.

@chai2,
Uh, Houston, we have a problem....
Note this says Chicago style....

That is a negatory.
I will not use the word pizza and that city's name in the same sentence.

drew dad, you probably eat your pizza with a knife and fork.

I laugh in your general direction.

@farmerman,
I assume full responsibility for the error. Still creosote bush looks remarkably similar to mesquite at certain times of the year.

Again, my apologies.
