Import Building construction materials from China

quality has always been an iassue with Chinese stuff. We recently had a major dust up with chinese "dry wall" which, by being so loaded with crap, had developed anaerobic bacteria and began giving off hydrogen sulfide gas.
Anything they make, if we dont have strict oversite on its manufacture, can be doctored to either substitute crap that can be toxic or , like replacement cast wheels, Is so full of carbon it cracks and wears.
