I'll say "no". That way I don't have to answer the "why?" part of the question.
(But if you want to get a decent mark on your homework you should probably say, "yes", and then give your reasons, "why". It's either a subjective "why" in which case you can't get it wrong, or they just want you to repeat something your textbook says, in which case nobody here can help you.)
