If it is effecting your daily life, go see your doctor and tell him/her what is going on. Request a thorough physical. Review any medications you may be on since they can sometimes cause memory problems.
Make sure you are eating well, with a balanced nutrition.
Exercise your brain. Learn something new. Do word or math puzzles.
