Ivo Andric got the Nobel Prize for litterature 1961.
Have you read anything by him? I haven´t.
After 50 years the Nobel Prize Commity tells who did not get it and why.
Tolkien was suggested, but did not get it because of his bad prosa. and not being a good story teller. Also he was too old.

Karen Blixen was number 3

I've always had an affinity for Frost. My dad gave me a book of his work when I was 12.

He Was Born On Oct.9,1892.He was Born as Ivan but know by the Ivo,He started his career as Poet,he worked in ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Civil Servant On Kingdom Of Yugoslavia.,After World War 2 he spend most time in his house,he died on March 13,1975..
