In China a large amount f pressure processing enterprises that buy the stripe plate. They have no such fuels as blast-furnace fuel and coke-oven gas. For the time being, most of them make use of the hot and dirty produces gas. 1.Position of gas furnace: try to make the gas furnace close to the heating furnace to reduce then precipitation of coal tar.
2.Conditionally then two-stage gas producer should be put into use for increase of coal pressure. In order to provide good conditions for the measures of improving the performance of furnace through increasing the furnace output or width, the ancillary facilities including electric tar catcher and dust catcher should be set for improvement of gas cleanness.
3.Furnace types: generally the two-stage furnace of single regeneration is employed. In consideration of a certain high temperature in the hot-dirty producer gas. The combustion product used in preheating air only accounts for about 60% of total combustion products. 40% of fume should be exhausted from the flue pipe and chimney into the atmosphere. Try to make use of the fume waste-heat and reduce the flue-gas temperature of furnace end, the preheating section is set up in this furnace.
