Dwight Arrington Myers, the rapper known as Heavy D died of as yet unknown causes today. He was found unconscious on the walkway in front of his home. No foul play was apparent.
To hip-hop fans everywhere, Heavy D was an MC with one of the most successful and longest lasting careers. His appeal was universal; his themes for MadTV and In Living Color were infectious.

Heavy D! I Got Nuttin' But Love For Ya! RIP!

@snood,
I was not truly aware of Heavy D, but I have fond memories of In Living Color. I am sure I liked his work there.
