So, why not go to those links and the publishing tools and get off your ass? If you had heard about Lulu Press prior to this, why haven't you attempted to publish your work by now. After all, you aren't writing a novel. It doesn't take 6 years, which is how long you've been 'researching' this.

Have you used or even tried the free trial software you wrote and asked about a short while ago. I bet you haven't.
