Train poem commercial

A few years ago I heard a train poem similar to Night Mail but updated. It was used for a television commercial.

1) I can't remember the name of the poem. Rolling Eyes

2) I can't remember what the commercial was about either. Rolling Eyes

Can anybody help me?

Sorry Letty, that is not the one!

I believe it was used in a commercial for privatisation whether it was rail track or maybe even Eurostar.

The only line I can remember is:

' … with the judge in first class.'
