Need input on this Logic question.

In the statement "he jests at scars that never felt a wound," which terms are distributed? We are having a discussion in class, some think "people who jests at scars" is distributed, some think "people who have never felt a wound" are distributed, and some think both are. What do you guys think?

IMO
"People who have never felt a wound" is distributed bcause that set NF contains "the jeering" set J and not vice versa.
If Jx then NFx but not If NFx then Jx
