Help! I have been looking for a wrapped toffee almond candy that came in a Deco black and purple tin (canister). My mom used to buy the tin for me at Scrafts or Brachs? It was near La Fonda Del Sol (late 60s) in Manhattan. Please if you know the name put me out of my misery. Thank you, [email protected]

@Questioner,
Sorry, no it wasn't. I am trying to "back door" the internet and just cannot find it. I know that they were sold as a kosher product, but the giveaway is the Deco tin. Any thoughts about what candy stores were around that area in the 60s-70s?

Available on Amazon Reviews say the recipe has changed and it isn't as good as it used to be.
