Why have so many of those responsible for the financial fraud that took (and continues to take) place - done unprosecuted?

Obama got elected with help from Wall Streeters like Rahm Emanuel.

The problem is the two party system. Wall Street donated to both parties so no matter which party wins the Wall Street crooks are protected.
