I thought w00t was spelled like this and not like this: woot.

Only way I had ever seen (or heard) that word used was in woot-a-toot-toot. (The guy who uttered those deathless words lisped.)

I just read a book last night on Hive Management - the buzzy kind, not the itchy kind.

Though I understood all the grammar structure, a lot of the vocabulary and the actual meaning was lost on me. That's so often the case with a lot of learning. University courses and the difficult concepts they contained, weren't so difficult once one had the vocabulary nailed down.
