Gracie, I know you're young, but you're not gonna live long enough for me to list everything that makes me mad.

@GracieGirl,
I agree with Arella Mae--rude people.

People talking on their cell phones like no one else can hear them.

People playing music and radios too loud.

People who live in apartments and walk around in hard-soled shoes.

Indifference.

Lack of respect for living things.

Know-it-all-itude.

Selfishness.

Unsolicited advice.

People who are proud of being ignorant.

Bigotry.

Narrow-mindedness.

That's it for now.

@GracieGirl,
In no particular order:
-racism
-the Australian government trading in human beings like they were toxic waste
-my husband badly pruning plants that don't even need pruning
-pushy sales people
-priority given to sport over hospitals and schools
- people who name drop and big note themselves
-my daughter having sex with her ex-boyfriend
-tradesmen who don't return calls or turn up when they say they will
-academics who try to make themselves look smart with their unnecessarily wanky writing style
-TV news editors that think that celebrity babies, marital status or hair colour is more important than war, famine, human rights abuses etc etc.

That's all I can think of at the moment. I'm sure there are more...

@GracieGirl,
"Child-proof" packaging of meds and other things that kids aren't supposed to get hold of. I always have to find some six-year old to open those doggone vials, bottles or whatnot for me. An adult can't figure it out; any child can.

And, while we're at it, packaging of grocery store items generally bugs me too. Some of it is so elaborate that I'm sure the price of the item is sky-high because of the packaging, not the intrinsic cost of the merchandise itself at all.

@GracieGirl,
From Wiki,
Quote:
Mandrake is the common name for members of the plant genus Mandragora belonging to the nightshades family (Solanaceae). Because mandrake contains deliriant hallucinogenic tropane alkaloids such as atropine, scopolamine, apoatropine, hyoscyamine and the roots sometimes contain bifurcations causing them to resemble human figures, their roots have long been used in magic rituals, today also in neopagan religions such as Wicca and Germanic revivalism religions such as Odinism.

Mandrake is also the common name of the plant species Mandragora officinarum, a plant which in Arabic is called luffâh, or beid el-jinn ("djinn's eggs"). The parsnip-shaped root is often branched. This root gives off at the surface of the ground a rosette of ovate-oblong to ovate, wrinkled, crisp, sinuate-dentate to entire leaves, 5 to 40 centimetres (2.0 to 16 in) long, somewhat resembling those of the tobacco-plant. A number of one-flowered nodding peduncles spring from the neck bearing whitish-green flowers, nearly 5 centimetres (2.0 in) broad, which produce globular, succulent, orange to red berries, resembling small tomatoes, which ripen in late spring. All parts of the mandrake plant are poisonous. The plant grows natively in southern and central Europe and in lands around the Mediterranean Sea, as well as on Corsica.

People think I'm dumb?

Yes, she got me started, roger. Didn't finish though.

More stuff that makes me mad:

TV commercials that last for five minutes.
So-called educational programs with wrong info.
Bullies.
Doctors who don't seem to realize that the patient is human.
People who suggest that if you don't believe what they believe, in terms of religion or a deity, you're wrong.
I'm with Andy and the child-proof bottles.
People who bring small children somewhere that's going to take a long time (like a waiting room), and don't bring the kids anything to do.

I'm gonna take a rest.

People who live in a particular country are supposed to speak the language of that country when in public?

Or, is that only for English speaking countries?

It kinda limits the places I can go on vacation, if that's the case.

That makes me mad, because I've always wanted to visit Italy.
