Rochester NY Woman Arrested For Videotaping Police From Her Front Yard

This strikes me as really outrageous. She was only passively videotaping the police from her own front yard.

I know; I can't imagine that shew as doing any harm. It's not as if she was involving herself in the police's situation. What bad could reasonably come from filming them from her yard?
