"Muffin Top" in German?

Would there be any type of slang or set phrase in German for "Muffin Top"? (i.e. love handles, the bit of fat just peeking over jeans, a bit like a muffin)

OMG, you're all so mean....muffin top is almost a term of endearment against the German words you came up with...... "Rettungsring" is nicer!
