How does click to call feature work?

When a visitor fills in name and his contact number in the click to call box, the system will calls him up and then calls your number. The system will connects both of you!! Incase the number is busy or you cannot take up the call, a visitor is given the option to leave a voicemail. You can listen to that voicemail later and can contact the visitor accordingly.
