I need help finding the rule for this pattern.
1,2,5,13,34,89

It's derived from the Fibonacci sequence. The explicit formula for the nth term
in the Fibonacci sequence can be found here:

1+1=2
2+1+2=5
5+1+2+5=13
13+1+2+5+13=34
etc.

Thanks, I would have never gotten that. Seems pretty tough for a 5th grade question.
