Do you like or dislike social networking sites (like Facebook, Myspace and Twitter)?

You never post on PRIVATE sites? I do. I don't have to concern myself with what I say and do on them.

People don't want OTHERS taking what they say and do and trying to use it against them-I have experienced that.

Again, there is no such thing as a private site. There might be securities involved but someone has access to all your information. And there are lots of people out there who can get it.

Banks, credit cards, trading sites are mostly secure. But they've been hacked.

Someone wrote the security program. Someone can hack it.

And no, I don't post on private sites because I don't believe any site is really entirely private.

NO ONE has ever tried to expose what I did on PRIVATE sites.

That's why you HAVE to be careful who you talk to online. I KNEW someone who was a computer programmer-APPARENTLY she was a HACKER.

Hackers aren't people you know. I suppose they could be but some guy in Alabama with nothing to do couldn't care less who you are...as long as your information fills an order he has for information.

SIGH- sometimes the people you meet ARE hackers- they hack people's computers and info to be nasty.

I take back what I said- a few people tried to expose what I did on private sites, but they were on private sites when they tried doing that.

I use Facebook and Twitter, its a way of connecting to your friends online, and making new friends.

You don't use Myspace?

I have one but haven't used it in over a year.

I love Facebook and use everyday and Twitter is my second prefference
