Some friends and I were talking to each other a walkie-talkie and some guy came over the same frequency that we were on and started telling us that he was coming to get us and stuff. We went on scan to find who else was talking over our frequency and the scan stopped at 7. We did it again and it stopped at 2. Can you please give me advice? I am really scared!

tell your parents then ignore it.
see if you can find out what frequency the radio was broadcasting on. That might be on the transmitter itself somewhere. It's probably the 27MHZ band Some radio channels can be designated by Authorities for private use but that man was probably just trying to frighten you to stop you usng the channel.
