I wanna know if I can have a twitter,but I can not find it on Internet. Tell me how to do, thank you!
Are you in China?
I hate to say it, but maybe that particular site is not available in your country, due to some form of Governmental restriction.
I hope I'm wrong.
Just add a .com to twitter with the usual www at the beginning.
If nothing happens, I don't know what to suggest.

oh i am so sorry to hear that ,because you know in our china the twitter can not available to us ,so if you want log in it may be you can take a try through the foreign client.

Just search for a "proxy server" or, if you are up to some technical fiddling, the TOR software.
