I'm going to take Butrflynet to a nursery to choose a birthday tree. It probably will be a peach tree.
When Butrflynet and her brother were young kids, they kept asking when their birthdays were due. His birthday was February 6th and her birthday was February 28.
I planted a purple leave plum tree in the back yard for brother because it shows flowers just before his birthday. For sister, I planted a flowering peach tree because it blooms just before February 28th. They knew their birthdays were soon when each tree's blossoms appeared.
When we sold that house and built a new one in another town, we had to leave their birthday trees behind. So I know Butrflynet net will enjoy having her birthday tree again.
