Disgruntled FILECURE user.

Letter I sent to FILECURE.
As you can see, I'm a registered user of FILECURE but I'm pissed off with your program running checks on my system and then directing me to FREE downloads to fix them only to find they're not free and they're asking you to purchase some new program. I PURCHASED YOUR PROGRAM TO FIX THESE PROBLEMs AND NOT DIRECT ME TO YOUR OTHER money-making SITES. For God sake, give value for money and stop ripping off the PUBLIC.

This needs to go in your BOGUS FAQ section on your Website so customers get a good overall picture.

Most disgruntled because I bought in good faith.

Your second link is almost 6 years old and refers to long-gone OS and Java versions - doubt it would be usable by unsophisticated users.

Just downloaded this load of pants, can't get to access to the site to stop the auto renewal process but will chase them next week. Wish I had visited this site before I bought!
