Too busy. I like the panther.

Next time you don't want to know, don't ask.

I don't know what your last Avitar was, so I have nothing to compare. But, without a comparison, I like it. I need to learn that gif stuff. My guy doesn't move.

I like the avatar itself. Bending my head around it being Roberta is another thing.

Those damned horses are on speed at present!

Sometimes the moving avatars are slow - sometimes frenetic.

craven's dancing girl makes me ill sometimes....

I love Craven's dancing girl, it is one of my favorites. Real human dancing girls tend to annoy me. I like the avatar, Roberta. I think it is temporary. The panther certainly has your clear eye for no bushwah, but I can understand wanting a change.

If you want a strong horse, look at some websites for sculptural horses, like Marcus Aurelius' on the Capitoline hill, or various other horse sculptures, or, hmmm, I bet there are good pics of Secretariat out there, or John Henry, or what was that great filly....

I had some etruscan horses in the Where Am I thread a day or two ago...

You could of course choose a bagel. Course it is hard to find a picture of a real old fashioned bagel Never mind, back to horses.

Bushwah, Osso? You from the Bronx, or what?

Pacco looks just great. Glad he didn't get a red hat.

Well, since I'm a horse kind of gal, I have to say I love it. 5 stars Roberta.

Thanks for your comments. I really wanted comments--good or bad.

Phoenix's thread got me to thinking about my avatar.

http://www.able2know.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=16050&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

Combine that with posting somewhere and people referring to me as JL Nobody, who has the black panther avatar, and I decided it was time for a change.

I spent hours hunting around. Not necessarily looking for something animated, but definitely looking for something animal-related. I found a few that I liked, but they didn't fit the format here. And then this one. I felt drawn to it.

To some of you, this avatar isn't me. To me, it's more me than the panther. So I draw your attention to my signature line. Robert Burns knew what he was talking about.

I'm sorry if the horses running bothers some of you. I don't care whether they run or not. I love the avatar--animated or un.

if you feel it is right, stick with it definitely.

It is certainly good to have a unique avatar so that people can instantly identify the writer

- we'll get used to it and forget you ever had any other in time.

Ohmygawd Roberta! Between Vivian's running cat, and your two horses, one right after the other, it looks like someone left the lock open in the fence, and the animals are sprinting towards freedom.

BTW, I DO like your new avatar! Very Happy

sadly, cuz of some dumass move I made, I am without avatar this holiday season. I must therefore, wander the land alone , as a spirit with no personal body. Sadm but true.
